Early Childhood Education

We have six early childhood education centres that provide high quality and stimulating learning environments for all children. Our relationships with families are the key to our success at Waiapu Kids.

Family Services

Our four family services provide a mix of high quality social work, counselling, youth services, financial mentoring, peer support, and other support services to help tamariki and their families to thrive.

Growing Through Grief Services

We offer Seasons for Growth®, a peer-support change, loss, and grief programme that aims to strengthen the social and emotional wellbeing of children, young people, and adults who have experienced significant loss and change. The programme provides the opportunity for learning and developing skills and attitudes that can help participants adapt to what they are experiencing.

Older Peoples’ Programmes

Our day centres provide fun, fellowship, and activities for older people to reduce social isolation.

tile After School Care

After School Programmes

We provide enjoyable and stimulating after school programmes for children aged 5-14.

Child Protection Policy

Anglican Care Waiapu is committed to the wellbeing of tamariki and rangatahi and safeguarding them from harm or abuse. We take our commitment very seriously. Our Child Protection Policy is in line with the Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014 and must be adhered to by all staff and volunteers.
